Today we are talking about the West Paw Rumbl, an interactive toy for keeping your furry friend entertained and active, and I’m excited to share my thoughts on it with you today.
What’s the Rumbl Dog Toy?
The Rumble Dog Toy from West Paw is a unique toy that can be filled with treats to keep your dog engaged and entertained. As a dog trainer and dog mum, I’ve seen my fair share of dog toys, and I have to say, the RUMBL is one of the easiest ones to get started with – great to keep the frustration levels low for dogs who are new to feeding enrichment and by adding other West paw bit, you can easily vary the difficulty levels and let the toy ‘grow’ with your dog’s skills (you can either use what you have and is suitable, or use the recommended West Paw ‘additions’).
Which one to get? And RUmbl Ideas
Just pay attention to the right sizes – the Rumbl comes in small and large, so you get a matching toy that actually fits. Its unique shape and design make it easy for dogs to play with, and the added challenge of trying to get the treats out keeps them engaged and mentally stimulated. Alternatively, you could also use it similar to a Toppl and simply fill it – while this might not be the ‘original intent’ of the toy, whatever works best for you and your dog and is safe, right?
Recycled, Safe Materials!
I also appreciate that the RUMBL is made with non-toxic, BPA-free materials, so I don’t have to worry about my dogs ingesting anything harmful. What I really love about this toy is that it’s made from recycled materials! West Paw takes in old, loved toys and makes them into new toys! If you’d like to learn more about this initiative and the brand see below. I timed the video, to go straight to the Rumbl, but you can find also information about West Paw’s Join the Loop Programme. If you’d like to watch the full video, and see Rambo and Panda use the Rumbl and their other toys, click the whole video). Plus, the toy is dishwasher safe, making it easy to clean after playtime.

Rumbl Dog Toy Review + See the Rumbl in Action
Overall, I recommend the Rumbl Dog Toy, for dog owners looking for a larger fun, interactive toy to keep their furry friend entertained and mentally stimulated and wants something that is easy and fun to start with. If you’d like to use the Rumbl as a toy to keep your dog entertained for longer, then you will want to spent some money on additional toys to ‘stuck in it’ to make it more difficult for your dog to access the food. Alternatively you can also stuck a natural chew in it or something else (that’s safe) to stuff it and partly block the holes where food falls out. Its unique design and non-toxic materials make it a nice additional option for our enrichment collection!
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the Rumbl – if you gave it a try already. And if you’d like to grab one for your pup, you can find them here:
