Take your senior dog on shorter walks with a focus on plenty of sniff time.\u00a0Let them explore interesting smells at their own pace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Hide treats or toys around the house or yard for your dog to find.\u00a0This is a great way to engage their sense of smell and provide some mental stimulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
You can even create a simple scent work game by hiding a treat in a box or behind a piece of furniture and letting your dog sniff it out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
